About Me
I am a London based Counselling Psychologist, Psychotherapist and a Clinical Supervisor, HCPC and BACP registered.

I have a background in psychology, arts and languages. I have been trained at a doctorate level as a Psychologist in Moscow State University and then I completed my training in Counselling and Psychotherapy in Turin, Italy. I am a member of OPL - Association of Psychologists of Lombardy, Italia. Since 2000 I have worked in a variety of environments such as the health service, education, non-profit organisations and multicultural therapy settings in both the UK and other parts of Europe.

Currently, I work for a multi-ethnic counselling service and for a large UK health service provider, as well as a private practitioner. I work with adults 18+, individually.
I offer counselling (a short course of sessions) and therapy (a longer term arrangement), usually weekly. I work in English, Russian and Italian. I am particularly sensitive to issues such as identity, diversity, social acceptance, belonging, life transitions, bereavement and loss, anxiety and depression, fertility issues, addiction, surviving trauma, isolation and cultural adjustment, self-esteem and relationship problems.

I contributed to and co-edited "Tuning In", a book about how languages we speak and we don't speak are connected to our identity and to our emotional experience and how they can affect the therapeutic process. https://www.pasaloproject.org/tuning-in-ndash-an-anthology.html
