My Approach
My training is integrative. It has its roots in humanistic psychology, which adopts a holistic view of human existence, paying specific attention to creativity, free will, positive human potential and it encourages self-exploration and self-awareness. There are links with transpersonal psychology, focusing on spiritual self-development and dreamwork. It is also connected to psychodynamic psychotherapy, which emphasises the vital importance of early childhood experiences for our future relationships with others. I have received training in CBT and brief solution focused therapy.
Beyond techniques, tools and theoretical approaches, I believe that anyone of us has a potential for personal growth, self-healing and capacity for recovery. I firmly believe that my mission is to help people to achieve this end.
